Winter Sports Pictures & Retakes will be November 11th

The Leflore County Health Department along with The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma will be hosting a Voluntary Flu Shot Clinic at the school on November 10th beginning 1:00 P.M. The vaccine is free to any staff or student Pre-K- 12th grades (native and non-native).
Only injectable vaccines will be administered. If your student does not cooperate then the vaccine will not be administered.
Information about the influenza virus/vaccine will be going home today as well as a parental consent form. Forms need to be turned back in to your Childs teacher by no later than November 9th in order to receive the vaccine.
No one under 18 years of age will be immunized without parental consent.

The 5th & 6th Grade Boys and Girls basketball teams will need to stay after school today. The bus will be leaving for Hodgen at 4:20. Girls play at 5:30 and the boys will play at 6:15.
REMINDER:
We will be dismissing school all day on Monday, November 1st, 2021. This will allow our faculty to attend the funeral services for Bud Thompson, husband of former elementary secretary Linda Thompson. Classes will resume Tuesday, November 2nd at normal time.
If you have a 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th grade Girl who plays basketball they need to arrive by school by 7:30 in the morning to have breakfast. The bus will be leaving for the game at 7:50. They play in Leflore at 9:00.

The 3rd and 4th grade boys basketball team will play today at 3:45 in the Leflore Tournament at Leflore. They will arrive back to the school by 5:30 this evening. If you have a 3rd or 4th grade boy who plays basketball, please be at the school by that time to pick up your player. Parents are welcome to attend the game.

On Thursday September 23rd and Friday September 24th, Cameron Public Schools will be hosting the High School Softball District Tournament.The Lady Yellowjackets will face off Watts and Bluejacket. Students will be allowed to attend the games. There will be concessions available. If your student would like to purchase something from the concession stand please send money with them on Thursday to do so. We would like to see all of you there supporting our Cameron Lady Yellowjackets. We would also like to encourage everyone to wear black and yellow, or your favorite Cameron attire on Thursday to show your support. The first game will be at 12:30.
The Boys will travel to Whitesboro on Thursday September 23rd and Friday September 24th for their districts. They will play at 3:00 on Thursday.

INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL:
PRE-K- 6TH DROP-OFF:
All Pre-K-6th Grade students will need to be dropped off at the cafeteria on Monday morning. Students will need to enter the cafeteria through the rear door on the right side of the building by the playground. At this time we would like that you drop your student off at the door and that no parents enter the cafeteria of the mornings.
7TH AND 8TH:
7th grade students will go to Mrs. Morris first hour, in the elementary building and 8th grade students will go to Mrs.Gaylor first hour, in the library building.
9TH-12TH grades will go to the high school.
