As many of you know, the Middle School Archery team secured a spot to the National Archery Competition in Louisville Kentucky this May!
The team is hosting a Spaghetti Dinner/Silent Auction to help raise funds to get the team to Kentucky!
The Spaghetti Dinner/Silent Auction will be held Friday April 22nd in the cafeteria at the school. Silent Auction begins at 5:30. Dinner will be served from 6:00-8:00. The price of the meal will be $5 a plate. To-Go plates will be available as well.
Please come out and show your support to these kiddos as this is a HUGE accomplishment.
The Cameron Lady Yellowjackets are currently ranked among the top 10 teams this week for Class A Slow pitch softball. This is up from last week as the Lady Jackets we’re ranked #13. Keep up the good work ladies!
The JH County Softball Tournament has been pushed back to Thursday April 7th at the PARC. The lady jackets are set to play at the same time they were supposed to play yesterday.
Kona Ice will be here on Wednesday 3-30-2022. Notes with prices on them will go home this afternoon.
The Lady Yellowjackets are current ranked #13 this week for the 2022 Class A Slowpitch Season! They’re currently sitting at 7-3 this season. We are very proud of the Lady Yellowjackets and their coach.

The elementary games for tomorrow at Wister have been cancelled due to the field being too wet to play on.
The Junior High Baseball Games for today have been cancelled.
The Junior High Baseball Tournament at Panama has been pushed back to Thursday and Friday of this week.
Due to the possibility of inclement weather, classes will dismiss at 12:00 p.m. tomorrow. Busses will run at 12:20. Spring break will be Monday 3/14- Friday 3/18.

The Junior High Baseball Games scheduled for today have been canceled.
Spring Sports Pictures as well as Cap and Gown Pictures will be Monday, March 7th. There will be notes with packet information sent home today for anyone who would like to order.
Athletes- Please be sure that you have all of the pieces to your uniform(top, pants, belt, socks, cleats, hats, etc.) for pictures!
Parent Teacher Conferences will be Thursday March 3, 2022 from 3:30-6:30.
There will be no After School Program on Thursday.
There will be no school on Friday March 4, 2022 as it was an already scheduled day out.
Our eighth and ninth grade Yellowjacket Academic Team placed 3rd in their regional today, making them the third Cameron academic team to qualify for the 2022 State Tournament. Cameron School will now have grades five through nine represented at the State Academic Competition.

ATTENTION PARENTS:
There will be NO SCHOOL tomorrow 2-18-22. This will allow maintenance time to disinfect classrooms and buses with the growing number of absences due to sickness among our student and staff population.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM INFORMATION:
At this time we will not be starting the after school program this coming week. We will notify parents when the program will start.
K-6 Parents, you still have time to enroll your child in the after school program. If you did not get an enrollment form and would like for your child to attend please contact Ms.Shelby in the elementary office and she will see that a form is sent home with your child.
Due to the possibility of inclement weather; The decision has been made that Thursday, February 3rd will be a virtual day. There will be no school on Friday February, 4th as it was already a scheduled day out.
